You will be part of the team that drives the formulation and review of the company’s allocation and lease management policies relating to the industrial property market, as well as the pricing of industrial land and facilities.
The team’s responsibilities include:
Analysing emerging trends in Singapore’s industrial and economic landscape
Engaging key stakeholders (both internal and external) for feedback and formulating policy responses
Communicating findings and recommendations in an effective manner
Co-creating solutions with frontline business officers for complex cases
Good university degree in Real Estate/ Business or Economics.
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with and influence both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
The candidate should also have strong analytical skills and be resourceful and meticulous in nature. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Background in Real Estate / Business / Economics, or having at least 2 years of working experience in the real estate industry or policy formulation, will be an advantage.
