Experience in managing software development life cycle

Experience in managing a software team and guiding juniors (for Senior developer)

Experience in software development

Knowledge of more than 1 software programming language

Experience in software architecture design

Experience in bugs/issues troubleshooting

Experience in Software Development Tools (Jira, Git, etc)

Preferable to have knowledge in database systems (MS SQL, Postgres, etc)

Preferable to have agile development knowledge

3+ years of experience for Software engineer and 8+ years of experience for Senior software engineer .
