职责
The role, reporting to the Group General Counsel, is an integral member of the Group’s Legal team and will assist the Group General Counsel on all legal matters of the Company.
Roles and Responsibilities
Draft, review and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements, including procurement contracts, sales and distribution agreements
Provide legal advice and support to Group corporate functions such as corporate communications, IT, HR and Finance / Treasury
Identify, advise on and work collaboratively with operations to address legal and compliance risks arising from business operations of the Group
Liaise with external lawyers on matters requiring specialised expertise or foreign law expertise
Support Group General Counsel in all legal matters of the Group
要求
Bachelor of Laws with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience
Experienced in drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts
Be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team to achieve business goals
Analytical and possess strong communication skills
