Our client operates in real estate investment platform with exciting growth plans ahead.
They are looking for a Group CFO with strong experience with Real Estate Investment platform to be part of the senior management team.
Leading the finance function, the CFO will focus in supporting the CEO in strategic planning, deal/financial analysis and negotiations, compliance, investor relations, and private and institutional financing.

Broad Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions ensuring alignment with the overall investment strategy.

• Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.

• Providing strategic recommendations to the executive management team with advice on the financial implications of business activities.

• Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to exceed business plan targets

• Evaluates and advises on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory action.

• Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Company.

• Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company

• Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
