Project Support :

  1. Housekeeping of data and data migration for Sales and Accounts Receivable module.

  2. Testing/validation of data

  3. Highlight issues and follow up for resolution

Accounting Operations Support :

  1. Post foreign exchange gains/loss

  2. Post journals for online collections

  3. Encourage cheque-paying corporate customers to pay by GIRO

  4. Bi-monthly Reviews of Balance Sheet GLs

  5. Bi-monthly Review unidentified receipts listing and follow up on long outstanding items

  6. Record receipts entry for collections

  7. Other accounting operational duties as assigned
