Job Description
Responsibilities:
Our client is a SGX-listed manufacturing company with global operations. They are currently seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to be responsible for consolidation.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for financial reporting and consolidation
Review the accounts prepared by accountants, including consolidation accounting
Perform consolidation on MS-Excel while the group is undergoing migration
Hands-on financial analysis
Prepare financial analyses and models to measure business performance and to support business decisions.
Participate in financial projects
Requirements
At least 5 years of related working experience.
Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy and CPA qualified.
Strong technical skills in IFRS, consolidation and internal governance and control procedures.
Able to perform consolidation on MS-Excel.
Strong ability to plan, organise, prioritise and adhere to internal and external reporting deadlines.
Experience working in SGX-listed companies and familiar with SGX regulations.
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Capable of working independently and in teams
Strong problem solving skills and analytical abilities, and an independent thinker
Detailed and deadline-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with varying priorities
Strong knowledge of MS-Office; Highly proficient in MS-Excel
Good communication skills
