Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the development and implementation of Trade Marketing and Brand Activation initiatives that align with the key Marketing agendas.
- Lead annual campaign strategy planning, developing and tracking strategic & tactical trade plans and performance analysis to identify opportunities & issues that can impact on category, channel and customer.
- Provide Senior Management with information and decision support by collating required data and producing reports/insights to facilitate the Trade & Brand Activation decision making.
- Responsible of managing the cycle briefing process, dependency, risk management and quickly reacting against competitive threats if necessary.
- Propose goals and KPIs for the programmes implemented and tracking of results.
- Drive Trade & Brand plans including resources, budget management, scope and timelines.
- Provide guidelines to the Trade Marketing Representatives regarding plannogrammes and merchandising materials.
- Conducts regular reviews on what has been done, why and how, and bring about higher level of performance
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing or related field
- Minimum 4 years working experience in FMCG’s, Trade Marketing field or of similar capacity
- Functional knowledge: Trade marketing, Customer engagement, Account management, Field operations, Experience in managing cycle planning, Marketing trends analysis skills
- Managerial skills: Motivating, coaching and developing people, Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, external suppliers and commercial partners.
