Job Description

Responsibilities:

l   Handle end-to-end recruitment process and work with various stakeholders on recruitment matters

l   Review, implement and expand recruitment drives to attract high-quality talents

l   Manage scholarship programme, including selection, engagement and deployment of scholars, and recommend enhancements to the programme

l   Evaluate manpower planning structures to ensure that it aligns with organisational needs

l   Promote employment engagement to boost employees morale

l   Review and assess HR processes and systems and initiate relevant changes and process improvements

 

Requirements:  

l   Degree in Human Resources or other relevant disciplines

l   Min 3 years of relevant work experience in HR, recruitment or scholarship management

l   Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both written and spoken, and comfortable interacting with all stakeholders

l   Ability to visualize and articulate complex problems and see a situation from different points of view

l   Good sense of judgment and ability to influence and convince others to achieve the desired outcome
