Key Responsibilities:
- Work with product managers and technical leads to determine scope and priorities
- Strategic planning to develop marketing strategy and tactics that support commercial team goal
- Fully responsible for the route performance and lead team to work with counterparts to deliver business target including LF, Revenue target, and route P&L
- Management of teams based across Hong Kong & Macau
- Able to formulate comprehensive annual marketing plan, route marketing plan, and ad-hoc counteract plan for HKMO routes to deliver business targe
- Close coordination with Sales and Revenue Management when planning and executing strategic marketing efforts to ensure commercial alignment
- Planning and management of budget for the region in consultation with the full commercial team
- Management of agency relationships appointed to drive integrated marketing, sales event activations, social media, SEM and PR
- Overseeing the development of region-specific sales collateral and communications
- Coordination with corporate communications / PR, and SEM teams
- Participation in regular meetings with leaders in the region and at HQ to review initiative plans and performance
- Measure success of initiatives by awareness and engagement amongst consumers and trade and sales commercial performance for the region
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related subject (Master’s degree a plus)
- Fluency in English and Cantonese (Spoken & Written) is a MUST and able to understand Mandarin
- 8-10 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
- Minimum of 2-3 years management experience leading and developing direct reports and team
- A resident of Hong Kong, preferred if also hold Macau ID card
- Globally-minded with knowledge and understanding of Hong Kong and Macau market a must
- Experience in working with agencies and other partners in HKMO
- Ability to work in a matrix organization supporting various stakeholders and relationships
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent presentation skills and written/oral communication skills
- Job will require travel to South East Asia and flexible work schedule
- Candidates with substantial marketing experience from FMCG / e-Commerce background are encouraged to apply
