Job Description

Reporting directly to General Manager (Hospitality), the incumbent shall take a deputy role to assist in the overall management and performance for all the hospitality operating units and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the hotel GMs and Managers to monitor operations and business performance
  • Monitoring of operating systems, procedures & approved operating guidelines 
  • Monitoring budgets and progress for all projects and activities
  • Monitoring capital expenditure budget and individual items
  • Coordinate with unit managers to develop business strategy and long-term development plans
  • Coordinate with unit managers to develop asset improvement plan for the property
  • Lead new development or improvement projects as assigned

Key Requirements:

  • University degree in Hospitality Management or related disciplines and qualifications
  • At least 15 years solid experience in the field of hospitality operations, preferably with international experience with chain hotels of which 8 years in managerial role
  • Good understanding of international standards for products and services of Hotels & Clubs
  • Excellent proven leadership, interpersonal and operations experience
  • Strong reputation and network ability with the industry
  • Strong organization skills
  • Strong commercial sense to understand market trends and business nature of hospitality
  • Highly motivated, independent and result-oriented
  • High level of proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Knowledgeable in IT development and application of technologies in operating systems
