Key Responsibilities:
- Coming up with a site wide facility management program to support operations to run an efficient regime
- Developing and maintaining all building related matters and support services
- Managing all budgets for facilities, contractors and stocks
- Creating and improving the processes to ensure that there is efficient planning and scheduling for all services
- Maintaining a robust documentation system for all facilities systems as well as best practices
- Identifying improvement opportunities and engaging all staff in training needs analysis
Key Requirements:
- A degree in Engineering or Building Services, with a minimum of 5 years of Facility Management experience in a processing plant
- SCEM certification is essential for the role, with a proven track record of implementing energy conservation projects
- Excellent communication skills, with an interest of leading a team
- Strong knowledge of GMP and regulations relating to the manufacturing plant
