Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, create and develop sales opportunities and demands for waterproofing products in Singapore and Malaysia
- Responsible for achieving Annual Operating Plan sales and margins targets
- Promote waterproofing products to key stakeholders in the architectural, civil, commercial and all related segments through education, training and presentations
- Develop and support a network of specialist applicators and sub‐istributors around the country
- Assist clients on‐site by providing support on correct product application, problem solving of products and techniques
- Play an active role in new product commercialization
- Perform analysis of market competition, products, data and information
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering with at least 6‐ years of proven and successful experience in the Waterproofing industry
- Results oriented, with positive personality and a "can‐o" attitude.
- Possess good teamwork and relationship –building capabilities
- Good command of English language skills
- Good presentation and communication skills
