Key Responsibilities:

  • Experienced in organization design in line with business growth, preferably with experience in establishing new business operations in various cities
  • Experienced in compensation and benefits review and preferably with experience in design of incentive schemes (management consultant experience in this aspect will be an advantage)
  • Experienced in establishing structured training and development programme for different job functions and in particular, experience in setting up leadership development programme
  • Experienced in working on succession planning system, career path planning including implementation of graduate recruitment and development programme
  • Experienced in talent acquisition, including channels and selection of qualified candidates
  • Experienced in corporate culture building and staff engagement enhancement programmes
