The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing and implementing mall loyalty programmes, retail marketing promotions and sales-driven activities as well as analysing customer data, and monitoring the operation of the VIC lounge.
Applicants should be university graduates in marketing, hospitality or related field, with 8 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in customer relationship management of luxury brands, department stores, shopping malls and private clubs. Hands-on experience in managing sizable customer database is a must.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English & Chinese, good organization, independent with minimum supervision, ability to work under pressure and working on festive holidays are required. Good knowledge in retail brands is essential. Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Promotions & Advertising Manager.
