Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize new and creative ideas to market the product
- Sourcing and securing of potential sales opportunities
- Preparation and coordination of sales/marketing agreements with Partners
- Establishing and building rapport with new or existing Partners
- Manage and coordinate sales/marketing efforts by in-house Team
- Manage and review the financial aspects of possible marketing collaborations
- Exploration and implementation of sales strategies
- Monitor the daily progress of the Sales/Marketing Team and provide timely feedbacks/reports to the Upper Management
- Manage and update the marketing/sales schedule
Requirements:
- A good degree in Marketing or Business Administration with at least 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, strategic planning
- An outgoing and versatile self-starter with strong leadership qualities and good business acumen, as well as able to work independently and effectively within a team
- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) are highly desirable
- Analytical, strategic thinker, resourceful and insightful
- Dynamic, self-motivated, possess good interpersonal skills
