Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for account prioritization, account planning and business review for overall key account
  • Development of customers programs and investments based on customer and channel insights.
  • Analyse sales performance and develop business plans for each account that are aligned with overall Key Account strategies
  • Execution of effective Key Account strategies to achieve volume and market share growth within Key Accounts under own portfolio
  • Negotiate and secure contracts/ trading terms that is sustainable for the business
  • Execute and monitor Key Accounts trade initiatives 
  • Provide competitor intelligence on market activities, updates and trends across the various sales channels
  • Effective management of payments, invoicing and account receivables
  • Build and establish long term sustainable business relationships with business partners through regular engagement, while seeking full understanding of their needs and expectations to drive both businesses forward
  • Proactively build network with all stakeholders (i.e. internal colleagues, business partners, suppliers and industry counterparts) to understand industry dynamics, consumer trends and gain market intelligence
  • Proactively share information, insights, trends and key knowledge within and across departments to achieve overall corporate goals

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in FMCG’s Trade Marketing field or of similar capacity
  • Experience in Key Accounts will be an advantage
  • Good communication skills, able to communicate effectively to various groups of stakeholders
  • Good presentation skills, able to present confidently
  • People person with high PR skills, able to engage with people across different industries
  • Results oriented, with good analytical skills
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Must possess a class 3 driving license
