Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously develop people metrics, and dashboards to measure efficiency and effectiveness of services
- Partner with HR leadership team to provide advisory and deliver ad -hop insights requests on various people matters
- Design, develop and implement on-demand People Analytics products and HR dashboards
- Support the transition to a self- service organization opportunities for automation and implementing self- service technologies
- Support Success Factors implementation project teams during analytics development for identify key metrics for success
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics) or equivalent experience
- 3+ year experience in HR Analytics
- Strong analytical skills, with experience solving ambiguous problems using data and providing practical business insights
- Strong Data visualisation skills using tools like PowerBI, QlikView
- Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills, lead and facilitate conversations between Analytics, Technology and HR
- Stakeholder Management skills
- Experienced in SAP SuccessFactors domain and statistical programming in R, Python, SQL, C++ or SAS and/or other tools for statistical analysis would preferred
