Job Description

Responsible for driving the deeper use and analysis of HR data and technology, enabling the Company to make better people decisions, and to drive the development and adoption of HR best practices to enhance processes and employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • To lead the development of data models and methodologies that enables the Company and divisions to make effective decisions on people matters for current and future business needs
  • To adopt and adapt HR best practices through market research, benchmarking and technology to drive continuous improvement to enhance employee experience
  • To work with internal stakeholders to identify potential areas of need and develop solutions to enhance HR effectiveness
  • To collaborate with HR systems team in the development of suitable platforms to achieve business and division objectives
  • To provide business insights on people matters through data visualisation and communicate analytical outcomes to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 10 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role
  • Competent in data analytics, and statistical tools and analysis
  • Good understanding of HR processes and practices
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Creative thinker
  • Independent and self-motivated
