Using quantitative and analytical techniques/skills to evaluate and produce solutions to people-related business problems.

Collaborate with line managers to general reports, perform complex data manipulation and aggregation of data from multiple HR data sources.
Understand business needs and formulate solution for existing Cloud HR product.
Possess a Degree with min. 3 years of experience in applying analytical methods to business problems
Good understanding and experience in various data mining techniques
Ability to perform exploratory analysis and develop predictive models across large data sets
Knowledge of Cloud HR solution will be an added advantage
Good analytical/ problem solving, interpersonal and communicationi skills
Self-starter, resourceful, highly motivated, team player with strong attention to details
