Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough knowledge of corporate culture and plans
  • Implement HR guidelines, policies and procedures and manage human potential of operations in compliance with corporate standards and business issues
  • Create strategy to support growth and business needs
  • Initiate change and act as an expert and facilitator
  • Identify and review HR strategies in consonance with overall business strategy
  • Monitor employees’ integration, training, KPI and performance appraisal review system
  • Keep good and open communication between organization and employees
  • Facilitate the development of various organisational teams and employees
  • Assist the leaders to achieve organization objectives
  • Diagnose HR related problems and determine appropriate solution
  • Co-ordinate and support services for the delivery of HR programmes and services
  • Identify, develop or evaluation to improve the general performance of employees

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and or related fields
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience including 5 at management level and in automotive industry preferred
  • Team player with good and positive attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and complete projects with time frames
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Strong communication skills, results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner
