1. 负责会所的餐饮服务和管理;
2. 负责会所的服务接待工作;
3. 负责会所餐饮服务培训工作;
4. 协调各项资源,保障董事长的需求;
5. 制定符合董事长要求的服务流程与标准;
6. 完成公司领导临时交代的其他工作
- Responsible for the daily F&B service of the whole Private Club.
- Ensure the guests receive a consistently high quality service; achieving high satisfaction of all guests;
- Design and deliver necessary training to the staff;
- Coordinate and manage various resources to ensure the CEO and other guests’ needs have been met
- Set up and implement service standards and procedures;
- Other ac-hoc activities
