<li>You will need to manage the payroll function for APAC region which is our part of our core business. You will need to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll execution, time sheets, spreadsheets, billings, funds distribution, assuring compliance with customer/contractors’ contracts, country tax &amp; statutory regulations, etc.; responding to inquiries and/or requests for data and/or reports; providing timely and accurate payroll production; and to provide assistance to the business and Financial Controller.</li>

<p><b>Role &amp; Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinates the payroll process with other departments and intercompany for the purpose of delivering services in conformance with established guidelines.</li>
<li>Monitors assigned payroll activities and/or program components for the purpose of ensuring effective department functioning, coordinating activities and ensuring compliance with established financial, legal and/or administrative requirements.</li>
<li>Researches discrepancies of payroll information and/or documentation (e.g. time sheets, leave time, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures prior to processing.</li>
<li>Verifies a variety of payroll related information (e.g. time sheets, advances, leave, travel, benefits, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring accurate execution of payroll.</li>
<li>Supervises assigned personnel (e.g. screening, interviewing, recommending, training, evaluating, etc.) for the purpose of enhancing productivity of staff, and ensuring that department outcomes are achieved.</li>
<li>Oversees workload of department for the purpose of maximizing the efficiency of the work force and meeting operational requirements.</li>
<li>Perform ad hoc task as required from time to time.</li>

<p><b>Requirements</b><b></b></p>
<ul>
<li>The successful candidate must have minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in payroll function, proficiency in Excel, administration and have excellent numerical reasoning skills.  Experience in using Timespay System will be advantageous.</li>
<li>Candidate must be comfortable looking into various tax issues like withholding tax and personal income tax.</li>
<li>You should have the ability to plan, prioritize and have an open mind to embrace changes.</li>
<li>Proficient in English is a must and knowledgeable in other languages will be a plus.</li>

<p>Armed with experience in both project development and general management, you will be responsible for the P&amp;L, operations and strategy of your business unit.</p>

<p>The ideal candidate should have at least 12 years of experience in Project development in the China market.</p>
<p>You should also have broad knowledge and understanding of real estate &amp; related disciplines (architecture, construction, space planning, facilities management, building regulations and engineering, etc.) and good business knowledge.</p>

<p><b>Requirements:</b></p>

<li>Good degree in Architecture, Engineering or Building Services</li>

<li>8 years’ relevant HR experience in retail/FMCG industry, with at least 3 years’ in managerial/supervisory capacity</li>

<li>Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to interact well with all levels of staff</li>
<li>Strong leadership skills, energetic and self-driven Team player</li>
<li>Resourceful and strong problem solving abilities.</li>

<p>Our client is an established bank and is currently seeking an experienced communications professional to head its team.  You will be responsible for both internal and external communications and in building the presence and branding of the Bank in Asia.  You will develop and implement communication strategies, policies and programs to promote the Bank’s corporate goals and business objectives.  Travelling of about 30-40% is expected.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years’ relevant experience, preferably from financial services industry, good track record of achievements, ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high growth environment.  With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you have high level of energy with “can do” attitude.</p>
