Mr Andre Cheong is Chief Executive at Global Search Partners Pte Ltd.  He has been in consultancy since 1992 and specifically in executive search since 1998.  Previously, he was Regional Director (Asia) with an international executive search firm, responsible for their Singapore and Hongkong offices.  For more than 12 years, Andre has launched the careers of numerous recruiters.  Being able to attract, assemble and retain some of the best talents within the search industry, Andre plays a key role in developing Global Search Partners into a highly reputable search firm. Personally, he has recruited top level positions across Asia in Consumer, Finance, FMCG, Hospitality, Medical, Real Estate and Telecommunications.   Some of the key appointments include Chief Executive Officers, Managing Directors, Chief Financial Officers, Finance Directors, General Managers, Project Directors, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer.  Andre is also a regular speaker at private and public forums within the region.  He holds an MBA from the University of Leicester and Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Western Australia.  He also holds a Professional Diploma in Training & Development (Distinction) from the Singapore Training & Development Association (STADA).

Mr Chew Hai Chwee is a distinguished member of the Board of Advisors at Global Search Partners.  He has spent more than 25 years working for Blue Chip US and Asian Multinationals where he was responsible for international finance, Supply Chain Management, business processes, operations and building shareholder value. Hai Chwee has considerable publicly listed Board experience as a member of the Board of Directors for Pacific Internet Limited (Nasdaq), United Fiber System Ltd (SGX) and Stratech System Ltd (SGX), Safe2Travel Pte Ltd, Brain Tree (Singapore) Pte Ltd as well as being a member of the Board of Advisors for Kemin Asia/USA and Expressions International. His senior management experience include appointments as Executive Director (CEO) of Pacific Internet Ltd; Executive Director of United Fiber System; Chief Operating Officer/Director of Country Foods Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Singapore Airport Terminal Services (SATS); Chief Financial Officer for Delifrance Asia Limited; Director for Finance & Supply Chain Management of Pepisco /Tricon Restaurant; Director of Finance and Operations Asia Pacific of Vickers System, a Fortune 500 organization; and Director of Finance Asia Pacific for Black and Decker.  Currently, Hai Chwee is Chief Executive Officer at Bright Vision Hospital, a 302 bed Community Hospital in Singapore.  He is also a full member of the Singapore Institute of Directors and a Rotarian.  Hai Chwee holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) in Accounting. He has also completed the Executive Programme for CFO from INSEAD, France.

Dr Jason Cheah is a distinguished member of the Board of Advisors at Global Search Partners. Over the last 20 years, Dr Cheah has held many senior appointments in the healthcare industry including Acting General Manager (Gleneagles Hospital), Assistant General Manager (Parkway Group Healthcare), Chief Projects Officer & Director of Clinical Services (Alexandra Hospital) and Chief Executive Officer (Polyclinics) at the National Healthcare Group (NHG).  Currently, he is CEO of the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), which is a national body under the Ministry of Health which facilitates and promotes the integration of care and advocates for the long term care sector. As a highly respected member in corporate Singapore, Dr Cheah is amongst the “Who’s Who” of the medical industry. He remains highly sought-after as a public speaker and he is an active teacher and lecturer at the Department of Epidemiology and Public Health in the Faculty of Medicine in the Yong Loo Lin (YLL) School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, as well as with the Nanyang and Ngee Ann Polytechnics where he teaches nurses at the post-graduate Diploma and Masters levels. Dr Cheah has published widely in local and international medical & health journals and he has acted as Chair for many local and international conferences in Singapore and across the globe. He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1991 and also possesses a Masters of Medicine in Public Health (with Distinction), Masters in Health Care Management - Wales University (Swansea) and an MBA from Warwick University. In 2001, he was awarded the prestigious Fellowship of the Academy of Medicine (FAM) of Singapore.

Mr Ram Dharmaraj is a distinguished member of the Board of Advisors at Global Search Partners. Ram has held top managerial positions in the FMCG industry, having responsibilities covering the Asia Pacific and Middle East region.  He has garnered 25 years of powerful corporate experience through his appointment for many years as CEO Asia Pacific, Yardley of London Ltd and also as a finance professional at Jardine Matheson Group. In recent years, Ram was majorly involved in pursuing startup enterprises for internet portals, founded e-Exchange.com, a B2B IT trading platform and raised venture funds in the USA with Bear Sterns and European Equity Partners. Ram has also been lecturing at academic institutions such as the University of Bradford and the University of South Australia.  Ram is now a highly effective business strategy consultant and sits on various executive boards. Ram holds a Masters of Business Administration degree and has a degree in Accountancy.

Ms Linda Hoon is a distinguished member of the Board of Advisors at Global Search Partners. Linda is currently SVP & Corporate Secretary at DBS Group Holdings Limited, covering legal and compliance responsibilities. Previously, she was General Manager (Corporate Affairs)/Group General Counsel/Group Company Secretary at GuocoLeisure Limited.  Her career has been nothing but spectacular as she previously held senior positions at Marsh Inc as Chief Compliance Officer/Regional Counsel (Asia) and at Sembcorp Industries as Senior VP/General Counsel/Group Company Secretary.   She has more than 20 years of corporate experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring & Joint Ventures as well as Regulatory and Compliance Work.  Linda started her career with Allen & Gledhill and holds a Masters of Law and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degrees. She also completed the prestigious General Manager Programme at the Harvard Business School.

Mr Harold Tan is a distinguished member of the Board of Advisors at Global Search Partners. He is currently Chief Executive Officer of Vista Associates International, a company which provides advisory on real estate strategies, business solutions and executive training. He has some 30 years of experience in the real estate industry having worked in both public and private sectors, holding various senior positions covering investment, development and management of various sectors of the real estate market including industrial, residential, commercial, retail and hospitality (serviced apartments and hotels). Harold holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Estate Management) from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Arts (Business Administration) from the University of Georgia (USA). He was formerly an Associate Professor in Real Estate at the National University of Singapore and was conferred an award for teaching excellence. Prior to that, he was General Manager (Township Development) at Keppel Land International Ltd. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centres, the American Management Institute and the Singapore Training & Development Association (STADA) and has taught real estate courses for organizations such as Dubai Real Estate Institute, Temasek Wealth Management Institute and Capitaland Institute of Management & Business (CLIMB).
