Our client is an established Singapore-based real estate company with regional presence. To support their expansion plans in China, they are seeking a VP Corporate Finance to join their team in Shanghai.

Based in Shanghai, this position will report to the CFO of China Operations.

You will be responsible for managing debt capital raising activities, maintaining all banking relations and assist the CFO closely to ensure that the financial performance targets are met. You will also play a key role in with the local treasury operations and resolving local/cross-border tax and legal issues.

The ideal candidate would have a degree in Accountancy and a strong understanding of the local debt capital market. You would have at least 10 years of relevant financial experience, of which at least 5 years must be in a managerial position focusing on corporate finance.

Experience in managing the finance function of a real estate company will be viewed upon favorably.
