Job Description
- Develop strategies to drive the overall skincare business
- Act as the key marketing contact for the company brand of products to skincare merchants and retailers
- Plan and develop marketing initiatives, elements and strategies for new launches and programs.
- Create promotions, value sets, packages and other marketing programs to corporate companies and spa clients
- Adopt a hands-on approach in monitoring the implementation and execution of marketing programmes
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent
- At least 6 years’ experience, preferably with relevant experience in similar industry
- A pro-active self starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
- Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills
- Retail experience in skincare products an advantage
- Strong presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
