Business Development Director (Skincare) (TJL 216781)

Job Description

  • Develop strategies to drive the overall skincare business
  • Act as the key marketing contact for the company brand of products to skincare merchants and retailers
  • Plan and develop marketing initiatives, elements and strategies for new launches and programs.
  • Create promotions, value sets, packages and other marketing programs to corporate companies and spa clients
  • Adopt a hands-on approach in monitoring the implementation and execution of marketing programmes

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 6 years’ experience, preferably with relevant experience in similar industry
  • A pro-active self starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
  • Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills
  • Retail experience in skincare products an advantage
  • Strong presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
