Our client is a Singapore-based real estate developer with increasing regional presence.

As part of the company’s growth requirements, they are seeking a VP/AVP Corporate Finance (Capital Markets) to join their team.

You will be responsible for managing corporate projects and advising business units relating to equity fund raising, debt financing and acquisitions of companies and businesses. You will also participate in the due diligence process, strategic analysis, project financing, valuation as well as risk management.

Armed with a Bachelor degree in Finance or related fields, you should have at least 10 years of relevant experience, of which 5 years must be in managerial capacity.

A Chartered Financial Analyst qualification will be viewed favorably.
