Our client is an established bank looking for a young, competent individual, with Legal qualifications (ideally 2 years PQE), to join their Investment Banking Dept focused on asset securitization transactions.

You will be responsible for vetting documentation, liaising with internal/external parties including clients, external counsels, accountants in accomplishing the various tasks, assist in structuring etc.

Ideally, you are Degree qualified with about 1-2 years working experience (preferably in banking), eager to learn, willing to travel as and when appropriate, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team player, high level of initiative, mature in approach.
