Role and Responsibilities

• Lead user research on specific projects
• Improve and design interfaces for internal and client-facing web applications and mobile devices
• Identify, prioritize and track usability issues
• Make design recommendations
• Ensure usability and design quality standards

Requirements

• Advanced degree or equivalent in Human Computer Interface or Human Factors Engineering
• Excellent understanding of usability in principle and in practice
• Min. 4 years experience in user centered design activities, with a particular focus on usability
• Mastery of interaction design and information architecture tools and methods
• Experience in creating wireframes, visual mockups, graphics, and user workflows
